with knowledge we build a better world
Early and Preschool Education and Education (ECEC) in the Joint Report of the Council of Europe and the European Commission in 2015 is the starting point and one of the most effective ways to improve key competencies. This recommendation is based on this project. With project activities, we would like to achieve several goals within two key areas. One of the goals we want to address with this project is the systematic and long-term viable internationalization of our facilities and programs we offer. Therefore, we would like to provide our professionals with a direct insight into European early and pre-school education, educate our staff to further develop the vision and sustainable development plan of internationalization and comprehensive models of pedagogical innovations to lead and organize various international projects and activities, encourage integration ideas from other European educational institutions. This is also our second goal, which is to strengthen the linguistic, digital, communication, presentation, intercultural, professional and personal competences of our staff. Furthermore, the objectives of our project are to apply good European practice, introducing innovative pedagogical methods for stimulating creative and critical thinking and musical education in the curriculum of kindergartens and pedagogical practices. Within the scope of the second key area, our goals are to create a development plan, a strategy for the entire institution, with the goal of introducing ICT technology (especially tablet) into the educational process, teaching and teaching children and staff, creating educational digital resources, parenting education. Then, the introduction of digital pedagogical innovations and digital projects in individual groups, information technology and at the whole institution level, introduction of ICT technology and digital educational materials in working with children with special needs.
