Pre-school teachers Ljubica Glavičić and

mobility within Erasmus + Programme, Outdoor Education Course – Outdoor
Leadership, from 16 - 20 March 2015., in Cascais and Sintra, in Portugal.
The course was organized by Kinda Education Centre from Kisa, small town situated in the southeast of Sweden. Participants were from different European countries: Sweden, Germany, France, Lithuania, Cyprus, Greece, Finland, Estonia, Croatia and Czech Republic. The aim of the course was to improve the level of individual key competences and skills as an outdoor group leader and learning about the outdoor education concept in general. The seminar is designed as a series of activities and workshops outdoors. We had the opportunity to explore the possibility of working and learning in nature, beyond the school and /or kindergarten. Every day we went to various organized trips in the woods, on the beach, in a national park, park forest, the city park depending on the programme. During the day, there was enough time to evaluate and reflect on our own management skills and how we can be invoked with the new knowledge in our daily work with children.
